How many guests can stay?
The home accommodates up to 16 guests, with four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.
When are the dock and paddle craft available?
Water amenities are seasonal. They are typically unavailable from November through late April or early May, depending on the weather.
Can I bring a boat or jet ski?
Guests may use the provided paddle craft when available. The property does not accommodate bringing or launching a motorboat or jet ski.
Can we host an event?
The home is in a residential lake community. Parties, events, and loud outdoor music are prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 p.m.
Can I bring my dog?
The listing allows up to three dogs weighing up to 50 pounds each. A per-dog fee applies. Ask the host before booking for larger dogs, additional dogs, or other animals.
When are check-in and checkout?
Check-in starts at 4 p.m. and checkout is by 10 a.m. local time. The guest rental agreement is required before arrival instructions are sent.
